Before procuring any site, we assess the feasibility of surrounding environment and supporting infrastructure. We also consider the development mix, demand and growth potential, and the clientele which the location is likely to attract. This phase allows us to foresee the overall picture of the project, that how could we add greater value to the community, complimented by other nearby developments.
While creating any master plan, we always conduct an independent market feasibility study and get our plans reviewed by a credible third party. These measures support our process of optimizing the built-up area while maintaining our standards.
During the design development stage, we closely review costs with our appointed consultants, sales and marketing team provides feedback on the design and finishes, and a third party reviews the overall structure. Following Virtue Properties approvals and final sign-offs, we select different consultants and contractors required to ensure a smooth construction phase and a quality finished product.
